The Application of Vekont Textile Inverter in Textile Industry
The features of Vekont Textile Specialized Inverter: The textile specialized inverter is capable of reducing power consumption and lowering costs. Air conditioning equipment is indispensable for textile factories. By controlling the air conditioning motor with an inverter, it effectively reduces power consumption and significantly saves electricity expenditure. The textile spinning frame utilizes the textile specialized inverter to eliminate the forming cam mechanism, thereby overcoming the issue of bobbin stoppage caused by the cam and ensuring a well-formed bobbin shape. Moreover, the textile inverter controls the speed of the main motor to regulate the number of spindles, enabling yarn speed adjustments when winding large, medium, and small bobbins. This utilization of a textile inverter can effectively reduce yarn breakage rates thereafter.
Textile machinery controlled by a specialized inverter mainly employs AC motors that fall into two categories: one being common asynchronous motors used for low-speed accuracy requirements and limited speed adjustment ranges within textile machinery; while another category consists of asynchronous motors specifically designed for variable-frequency speed control dedicated to high-speed accuracy requirements and extensive speed adjustment ranges within textile machinery. The open-loop control method employed by a textile inverter for adjusting asynchronous motor speeds is referred to as V/F form, characterized by its simple circuit structure and high reliability.
The application of a variable-speed drive system using textiles has been widely adopted throughout spinning machinery processes where almost all machines require such drives for speed control purposes including opening cotton machines, carding machines, roving machines, fine carding machines, sliver machines as well as drawing frames and spinning frames.
