High voltage electrostatic precipitator power supply special frequency converter can support all kinds of dust removal equipment, widely used in electric power, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, chemical industry and many other industries of flue gas dust treatment, is an efficient dust removal, important equipment for environmental protection. The power supply will be rectified by the power frequency three-phase AC power supply after high frequency inverter, and then boost and secondary rectification into DC negative high voltage output, compared with the traditional SCR control power supply, it has a number of significant advantages, such as small output voltage ripple, high average voltage and current, high conversion efficiency and high power factor, usually with a power range of 4~315kW, can be accurate control and adjustment of electrostatic precipitator according to the need, in order to achieve more efficient dust removal effect. This special frequency converter can provide stable and reliable power output, and has a variety of protection functions, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
Description
The high-voltage electrostatic precipitator power-specific frequency converter is designed to be compatible with various types of dust removal equipment and finds wide application in the treatment of smoke and dust in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, and chemical industry. It serves as an important device for efficient dust removal and environmental protection. This power source rectifies the three-phase AC power after high-frequency inversion following initial rectification. It then undergoes a voltage boost and secondary rectification transformation into DC negative high-voltage output. Compared to traditional thyristor-controlled line frequency power sources, it offers significant advantages including low output voltage ripple, high average voltage current, high conversion efficiency, and power factor.

Technical Specifications:
1. Output voltage range: 0~400V.
2. Output frequency range: Medium frequency 0~500Hz, high frequency 8~14kHz.
3. Offers continuous and intermittent modes for selection; the medium frequency allows setting of intermittent cycle counts, while the high frequency permits configuration of on/off cycle counts.
4. DI1: Safety interlock - when parameters are validly set, closing this point prepares the system, while opening it stops operation and triggers an alarm.
5. DI2: Start/Stop - when "local" is selected as a parameter, closing initiates start-up and outputs the specified voltage according to AI1's given 4-20mA output; opening stops output. When "DCS" is chosen as a parameter, closing starts up and outputs based on AI1's given 4-20mA signal; opening stops operation.
6. DI3: Voltage reduction spray - when parameters are validly set and reach the specified closure count, it reduces the output voltage to a preset value upon closure and restores previous operating values upon opening.
7. DI4: Oil temperature alarm - closing this point stops output and triggers an alarm.
8. DI5: Carbon monoxide alarm - closing this point stops output and triggers an alarm.
9.DI6:DCS startup – selecting “DCS” as a parameter closes relay 1 momentarily if closed or opens relay 2 momentarily if opened.
10.AI1:Accepts either a 4-20mA signal or potentiometer-set value to control output voltage.
11.AI2:Secondary voltage input signal,-10V ~0V,a scaling factor determined by parameters indicates secondary voltage values represented by input signals.
