Classification and frequency conversion application of packaging machinery
The application of inverters in packaging machinery is extensive, encompassing pharmaceutical packaging machinery, food packaging machinery, and other types of packaging machinery based on the industry they serve. Following the implementation of energy-saving transformations with inverters, the efficiency of packaging machinery has significantly improved while mechanical faults and wear have been greatly reduced. Although there are various types of packaging machinery available, inverters can be effectively utilized across all categories. The specific applications include:
1) Pharmaceutical Machinery: mobile hoist feeding machine, automatic capsule filling machine, centrifuge, mixing granulator, linear labeling machine, capsule printing machine, pill rolling machine.
2) Packaging Machinery: diverse pillow packaging machines and packing machines; various aluminum-plastic packaging machines; semi-automatic bundling machines; stretch film bundling machines; aluminum-plastic blister packaging machines; automatic pallet wrapping machines; sealing machines; automatic filling and packaging machines; automatic filling and sealing machines.
There is a wide range of packaging machinery available, and in fact, it can be challenging to completely separate packaging machinery from pharmaceutical machinery. In many instances, packaging machinery is categorized into food packaging machinery and pharmaceutical packaging machinery. However, one common characteristic among these machines is that their power specifications generally do not exceed 3.7kW, with some pharmaceutical machinery reaching up to 5.5kW-7.5kW and centrifuges having a maximum power of 15kW-22kW. All of these machines only require the basic speed regulation function provided by a variable-frequency drive to meet their operational requirements. Therefore, when selecting a variable-frequency drive, the primary focus should still be on ensuring product quality.
